I would like to return my order, what do I need to do?
If you have received items that do not fit or you do not like, you can return them to us within 14 days.
Please contact us in advance regarding your return at info@beatnik-apparel.de.
We will then get back to you and clarify further steps.
How do I handle defective goods?
Should you receive merchandise with misprints or defects, please send two to three pictures of them to info@beatnik-apparel.de
We will arrange for a new delivery or a refund as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my order?
Production and order processing usually take 2 – 5 business days.
After shipment, delivery times within Germany are approximately 3 – 7 business days, and within other EU countries approximately 5 – 14 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.
Additionally, you will receive an email with every update to your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location. You will always see the shipping price before completing your purchase.
