Shipping Information

Delivery Area

We deliver our products within the European Union.

Production and shipping are handled by our fulfillment partners (e.g., Printify Inc.) directly to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during the order process and depend on the product, quantity, and country of delivery.

All prices include statutory VAT.

For deliveries outside Germany, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.

Delivery Times

Production and order processing usually take 2 – 5 business days.

After dispatch, delivery times within Germany are approximately 3 – 7 business days, and within other EU countries approximately 5 – 14 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Providers

Depending on the production location and destination country, delivery is made via various shipping providers (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS, or national postal services).

Once your order has been shipped, you will usually receive a tracking number via email.

Partial Deliveries

For orders with multiple items, it may happen that they are shipped from different production facilities.

In this case, no additional shipping costs will be incurred.

Undeliverable Shipments

Should a shipment be returned due to incorrect address details or non-acceptance, we reserve the right to charge for the renewed shipping costs.

Packaging & Sustainability

Shipping is carried out by registered fulfillment partners who comply with the requirements of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG).
